In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. If you cannot use the app or do not want to reinstall it, request deletion through the contact below.

Use the subject “BM Record account deletion” and include your sign-in method (Google / Apple / email) and the email address or metal name that identifies your account. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We will verify account ownership before processing your request.

Deletion covers the sign-in account, profile, attendance records, submitted setlists and votes. If the same sign-in account is used in other Doui Lab apps, we will confirm the deletion scope first. Individual moderation reports may be retained for safety and fraud prevention. Reinstalling the app is not required to request deletion.
