This page is the app-specific privacy policy for the mobile app BM Record. Doui Lab ("we") sets out the following policy regarding the handling of user-related information in this app.

1. Information we may collect

This app may collect or store identification information provided by the authentication provider used for sign-in, display name or metal name, attendance records, language settings, app usage status, content submitted as error reports, and information required for ad delivery and effectiveness measurement.

2. Purpose of use

The collected information is used to maintain sign-in state, save attendance records and display names, display show information and setlists, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, understand usage, deliver ads, and improve the app.

3. Third-party services

This app may use third-party services such as Supabase, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

4. Personal information

This app does not require direct entry of information such as name, address, or phone number. However, email addresses or account identifiers may be processed within the scope of the authentication services used.

When you sign in with an email address and password, the credentials are sent to Supabase Auth over an encrypted connection. The entered password is not saved in app settings or profile data. An authentication session is stored on the device to keep you signed in.

5. Storage of information

Some data such as attendance records and profile information is stored on Supabase in order to provide app features. Local settings may also be stored on the device. We strive to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and tampering.

6. Advertising

This app may display ads using AdMob. Please review your device settings and Google's policies for the handling of advertising identifiers and related data.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share approximate location inferred from IP addresses, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information and device identifiers such as the advertising ID with Google for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The Android app displays consent messages where required. When applicable, choices can be changed in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Communication with Google is encrypted using TLS.

7. Suspension of use

If you wish to stop using the app, please uninstall it. If you want data linked to your account to be deleted, please contact us after reviewing the support page.

You can request deletion in Settings → Delete Account or through our account and data deletion contact. Profiles and attendance records are retained while the account is in use. Submitted setlists and votes are also deleted. Individual moderation reports may be retained for safety and fraud prevention.

8. Revisions

This policy may be updated when necessary. If there is a material change, it will be announced on this page.
