3Duo Clock
Help & support
Set up your desk clock
Start with a stable stand at about 60–75° to the desk and a viewing distance of 50–70 cm. iPad supports portrait and landscape. Keep the front camera uncovered and allow the device to dissipate heat.
Adjust the perspective
Start face tracking, then select Center from your usual seat. In Placement, set the height from the lowest screen corner to the desk. Adjust the floor, walls, depth and black frame in Space, or tracking and perspective in View. Half of the display remains available for preview while adjusting. This is a single-viewpoint illusion, not a stereoscopic display.
Camera permissions
You can use the clock without a camera. Change camera access for 3Duo Clock in iOS or iPadOS Settings. After returning from the background, start face tracking again when needed.
Ads and one-time purchase
With controls hidden, a banner may appear for up to 30 seconds about every 3 minutes.
Tap Close to dismiss a banner immediately. About / report ad explains the information used for ads and lets you report inappropriate ads. The same entry is in Settings → App. If Mail is not configured, copy the support address and ad ID and contact us using your preferred email service.
Remove all ads with a one-time purchase under Settings → App. Clocks, models and face tracking remain free. Restore purchases with the same Apple Account. Pending purchases apply once approved. Contact Apple about purchases or refunds
Images, models and RSS
Choose images separately for the floor and walls. Import self-contained GLB or VRM models up to 50 MB. Models referencing external assets are not supported. RSS and Atom feeds must use HTTPS. Cached headlines are available when the feed cannot be reached.
Contact
Email support@doui-lab.com with your device, OS, app version and a description of the issue. You may review and copy diagnostic information from Settings → Device & math if helpful. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details or face photos.
Ad privacy choices
Google consent forms appear where required. When Ad privacy choices is available in Settings, use it to change your choices. If the consent check fails, ads pause and a retry button appears. A refusal saved in an earlier version is retained; use Resume ads in Settings if you want to resume.
